  • Order & interpret basic labs: $199

    • This includes the cost of the labs.

    • We will schedule a 30 minute follow-up appointment to discuss results and basic recommendations that is included in this cost.

      THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE TREATMENT

    • Labs include complete blood count, complete metabolic panel, thyroid panel, lipid panel, Hemoglobin A1c, Vitamin D, Zinc, and Magnesium

  • Lab review: $99

    • You’ve had labs completed somewhere else but don’t know what they mean, this option is for you.

      THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE TREATMENT

  • Prescription refill (one time refill): $99

    • I will refill up to 3 medications at your visit.

    • This option should only be used for those waiting to get into a primary care or specialist and needing a refill before your appointment.

    • Refills must be on current medications, if you have been out of this medication for more than 3 months, I WILL NOT refill it. Must have bottles to show last refill.

    • ***WILL NOT REFILL CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES*** (benzos, opioids)

  • Order and interpret Functional lab panels: $199

    • This does not cover the cost of the labs, it is the cost of time to order and interpret as well as following up to discuss

    • There will be a 30 minute follow-up appointment to discuss results and basic recommendations this is included in the cost.

      THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE TREATMENT

    • These panels include DUTCH (hormones) and GI-Map (gut labs). Each panel runs an average of $400

  • Skin Health memberships

    This option is for those interested in or currently on prescription retinoids, topical steroids, hydroxyquinone etc. for various skin concerns.

    • $29/month + (one time $99 fee for initial appointment)
